OverviewDesigned in 1966 by Gianfranco Frattini for Cassina, the 780/783 coffee tables became an emblem of 1960s design. Functional and versatile, they consist of elements of progressively decreasing height that stack neatly to form a compact, space-saving volume. For the Karakter x Cassina release they are introduced in a new colour palette.
Design conceptThe series includes four stackable low tables (available in two diameters: 42 cm and 61 cm) with decreasing heights, creating a compact sculptural volume reminiscent of a drum.
