Material information
Manufactured from a low‑carbon stainless steel alloy recognized for hygiene and corrosion resistance. The material does not oxidize or rust in normal contact with water and air; a natural passive film ensures long‑term durability and restorability. CEA components are produced using mechanical methods without chrome plating or galvanic coatings, preserving ecological and recyclable properties while maintaining high hygienic standards.

Special finishes process
Special finishes are applied on request by depositing mixtures of zirconium powder and graphite and by vacuum evaporation (plasma). This creates a thin condensed layer that increases resistance to cleaning agents and saline atmospheres and improves scratch resistance. The Black Diamond (KD) finish adds a self‑lubricating effect that reduces limescale adherence and helps keep surfaces cleaner for longer. All special finishes are ecological and biocompatible; color variations are inherent to the process and enhance the natural appearance.
