Alloy with reduced carbon content, widely recognized for hygiene and excellent corrosion resistance, also suitable for outdoor environments. Due to its chemical composition, stainless steel does not oxidize or rust when exposed to external agents such as water and air. The natural protective film of stainless steel makes the material long-lasting and fully restorable. CEADESIGN products are manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the unique properties of this material. The stainless steel used by CEADESIGN is not coated with chrome or plating, maintaining its ecological, eco-compatible, fully recyclable and highly hygienic properties.

The special finish treatments, produced on customer request, result from careful color selection and technological development based on the deposition of high-thickness mixtures of zirconium and graphite powders. Through an evaporation process in sealed chambers (plasma) these powders condense and solidify, making the steel surface more resistant to cleaning agents and saline air, and providing anti-scratch properties. In the Black Diamond version the surface is also protected from limescale deposits thanks to an auto-lubricating characteristic that helps keep the product clean longer. CEADESIGN special finishes enhance the stainless steel's brightness and resistance. All CEADESIGN special finishes are ecological and biocompatible. Color variations or shading are not production defects but characteristics of the finishing process that give depth and a more natural effect.
