Alloy with reduced carbon content, recognised for hygienic properties and good resistance to corrosion, suitable for external environments. Due to its chemical composition stainless steel does not oxidize or rust when in contact with water and air. Its natural protective film ensures long-term resistance and allows restoration. CEA products are manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the alloy’s properties. The stainless steel used in CEADESIGN production is not treated with chrome plating or galvanic processes, maintaining an ecological, fully recyclable and hygienic material.

Special finishes are produced on request. They are obtained by depositing a high-thickness mixture of zirconium powder and graphite through an evaporation process in vacuum (plasma), creating a thin condensed film. This treatment increases resistance to detergents and salty air and improves scratch resistance. The Black Diamond finish also reduces limescale adhesion thanks to self-lubricating properties. All CEADESIGN special finishes are ecological and biocompatible. Variations in color tone are a characteristic of the finishing process and not manufacturing defects; some oxidation-related nuance changes may occur, notably with Bronze and Copper, which contribute to the material’s visual depth.
