Alloy with a reduced content of carbon, universally recognised for the characteristics of hygiene and excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly suitable for outdoor environments. Stainless steel does not oxidize or rust in contact with water and air. The natural protective film makes the material resistant over time and restorable. CEA products are manufactured using mechanical procedures that preserve the alloy's properties. The stainless steel used is not chrome plated or galvanically treated, preserving ecological and hygienic characteristics.

Special finishes are obtained by deposition of mixtures of zirconium powder and graphite via evaporation in vacuum chambers (plasma), creating a thin, more resistant, anti-scratch film. Black Diamond finish adds resistance to calcareous deposits. Special finishes are ecological and biocompatible. Color and nuance variations are linked to the working process and are not manufacturing defects.
