Description

With a wide predatory stance that is streamlined for dynamic speed the Hammerhead is instantly a visually striking piece that really pushes the boundaries, reaching and searching of how a new chair form can exist: The gill like segmented carved seat base with stainless steel cartilage, almost fin like
legs and the graceful swept form of the body transposed in the back rests. “Thus these fast, active sharks can capture large or elusive prey. Scalloped hammerheads can be distinguished by the broad leading edge on the head, which is arched toward the back. There is a prominent indentation in the center with two smaller lobes on either side, giving a scalloped look. They have elongated rounded slender bodies with two dorsal fins, the first of which is high and pointed, second dorsal and pelvic fins low. They have five-gill slits. There tails crescent-shaped.” - Aasharks.com
