• Independent-boiler thermal architecture—GT1 enables per-boiler temperature control for stability across recipes from espresso to caffè crème.
• PROFILE adds pressure-profile modulation to temperature control, allowing refined in-cup results for body, acidity, bitterness and aroma.
• GT2 (coming soon) will support up to two temperature profiles per group to extend brewing flexibility.

Range & Variants
The M200 range is offered in 2-, 3- and 4-group configurations and finishes including Glossy White, Matt Black and Redline. Technical variants available include GT1 and PROFILE to suit different operational needs.
