Description

Decibel Block System™ is a sound insulation system for walls, providing the highest level of sound insulation for residential & public premises and industrial buildings. This system of sound insulating and sound absorbing boards is installed on a parent wall using vibration mounts. The sound insulating properties of Decibel Block System™ are between 15 and 24 db depending on the kind of the wall. This system is suitable also for installation onto light partitions (for example stud walls & plasterboard) It uses a combination of sound insulating materials that have a combination of different densities and elasticities, together with a sound absorption layer and vibration mounts to guarantee the best sound reduction results. This sound insulation solution is designed using the latest sound insulation technologies and has been tested in a qualified acoustic laboratory in 2015 in accordance with EN ISO 10140 - 2:2010 standard. To achieve effective wall sound insulation we also recommend installing floor sound insulation or ceiling sound insulation depending on where the sound source is located. Decibel Block System™ is suitable for: - Residential premises - Public premises - Industrial buildings - For installation to light stud wall partitions with a plasterboard skin
