The DELHO GT-M/Mini grease trap is of the “manual under sink” type. It can be installed directly at the outlet of sink. As it is extremely compact and with a very simple design, it can be placed under sinks, work tables in very small locations. It is sized to allow the treatment of effluents from kitchens up to the equivalent of 90 covers per day with a separation efficiency of 90 to 95%. It does not require any energy input, the separation of fats occurring naturally. Greases recovery and cleaning requires only a few minutes per day. Of "Grande Cuisine" quality, it is made of 304 stainless steel, and it is completely electropolished. It is equipped with a 6 liters stainless steel filter basket, an EPDM seal, a drain PVC drain plug. As an option, a connection kit is supplied comprising two flexible connecting sleeves, and four 20 mm foot in synthetic material to facilitate the washing of the floor. Specially designed for small and medium restaurants capacity, it is intended to be installed under washing stations of low capacity, such as the single-tank manual sinks of stalls, under sinks of takeaway food, hotel breakfast offices and pastries.
