The DELHO GT-M grease trap is of the “manual under sink” type. It can be installed directly at the outlet of sink, oven, or on the cooking waste water pipe. As it is very compact and with a very simple design, it can be placed under sinks, work tables or in very small locations. It is sized to allow the treatment of effluents from kitchens up to the equivalent of 200 covers per day with a separation efficiency of 90 to 95%. It does not require any energy input, the separation of fats occurring naturally. Greases recovery and cleaning requires only a few minutes per day. Of "Grande Cuisine" quality, it is made of 304 stainless steel, and it is completely electropolished. It is equipped with a 6 liters stainless steel filter basket, a EPDM seal, a drain valve, two flexible connecting sleeves, and four 20 mm stainless steel feet. As an option, he can be equipped with extra 100 mm high feet.
