The STEEL COPILOT CHAIR by the Danish designer Asger Soelberg is developed with inspiration from classic Danish furniture traditions, and combines pure, simple design with high-quality materials and true craftsmanship. The overall simplicity of the STEEL COPILOT CHAIR allows subtle handcrafted details to emerge, articulating and underlining the design vision of creating a chair that expresses masculinity and femininity at the same time. The rounded, organic shape of the seat and the small round felt nails at the end of the legs give the chair a softness that makes a perfect contrast to the sharp edges of the black powder coated steel frame. The seat comes in various fabrics and in two different leather qualities, a black standard leather and a semi-aniline Premium leather in the colours Black, Tan and Oxblood. The STEEL COPILOT dining chair was introduced in 2015, and in 2016 the series was expanded with the STEEL COPILOT BARSTOOL in 2 heights.
