Closed-cell expanded polystyrene beads, characterized by a particle size curve from 3 to 6 mm and controlled density. These beads are non-absorbent, rot-proof, and stable over time. They are treated with E.I.A. additive of organic origin, ensuring optimal workability with hydraulic binder, preventing EPS flotation and securing a homogeneous distribution of the beads within the mix, both at low and high densities. Suitable for creating single-layer screeds for direct flooring adhesion, forming slopes on terraces, providing high-quality insulation for attics and pitched roofs, or as a sub-base in next-generation underfloor heating systems (low-thickness radiant systems). This product requires minimal mixing water, guaranteeing exceptional drying times (1 day per cm of thickness) and preventing any hygrometric shrinkage, even over time (no volume reduction in the mixture). The ability to achieve various densities, starting from 150 kg/m³ with a thermal conductivity λD value of 0.049 W/mK, demonstrates its technological superiority.
