P134 GARA TRON: the perfect mix between technology innovation and high performances The professional oven P134 GARA TRON can contains one pizza, that is cooked on a hob of a special and certificate refractory stone “BISCOTTO”. It features a latest generation of digital control, that allows to manage the temperature work in a simple way, up to a Maximus temperature of 550°C. It is also possible in just a few steps, to set up the percentage of the upper and the lower heating elements, to have an even more accurate cooking. Inside the chamber there is also a high efficiency halogen lamp for proper lighting during cooking. Between premium material that used to make the oven, we have inox steel; used for the cooking chamber and the external coating. These are reinforced material by special processes and so they can adequately withstand very high temperatures. Furthermore, the external coating is kept cold during cooking by forced ventilation and includes the gasket for the soft stop of the door, for the best comfort.
