ETR M modular rack dishwashers (separate modules) are perfect for heavy usage and for customers looking for high performance, sustainable running costs and simple intuitive commands, such as hotels, large restaurants, canteens, hospitals, schools, etc. All models can be powered by either electricity or steam. ETR M modular rack dishwashers have a dual rack system with two lateral stainless steel guides and 3 advance speeds (INVERTER control) with an electromechanical selector on the control panel on the electrical box. This is in the top section of the machine and so easily accessed during routine maintenance. The wash tank and insulated boiler are both made from AISI 316 stainless steel to ensure longer life and resistance against chemical agents.
