PROCESS
Airoxy® is a biological wastewater treatment system based on the purifying principle of activated sludge in an SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor). The SBR process is an activated sludge in which three steps (fill, react, settle) take place in sequence within a single tank. The Airoxy® reactor comes with a buffer tank and a sludge storage silo, and can easily be incorporated into an existing drainage network. Designed in 1981 by Eloy Water, Airoxy® purification systems have been installed all over the world.
USE
The Airoxy® process is the ideal solution for treating the wastewater of medium and large communities (small towns, hotels, housing tracts, residential buildings, schools, offices, camping sites, etc.).
STRENGTHS
Buried or semi-buried installation
Easily adapts to the existing drainage network
Ability to adjust treatment volumes and aeration cycles
Process is continuously self-monitored by the controller
Remote management and remote alert transmission (text message and e-mail) module
PREFABRICATED TANKS
P-90
Up to 1000 PE
High capacity, custom-made prefabricated tanks
Prefabricated and fully equipped in-factory
Rectangular shape
Tank-free system kit
Up to 4000 PE
Airoxy® Kits are the ideal solution for purification systems whose tanks are made on-site. The kit is fully mounted and tested in-factory.
Separate parts
In order to optimise the creation of your wastewater treatment system, the SBR reactor, buffer tank and storage silo can be ordered separately. They are available in C-90 prefabricated tanks to easily integrate into your solutions.
