This panel acts an interlock between the ventilation and the gas solenoid valve and carries out a gas proving test on start up to check for any gas leaks or faulty appliances. The system is compatible with both current monitors and air pressure differential switches to interlock with up to 4 fans with fan on/off and speed control for 2 fans. Features and Benefits Gas & Fan Interlocking The KGI-1750 provides interlocking of up to four fans and the gas solenoid valve Emergency Shut Off The unit is fitted with an emergency shut off cutting off the gas supply when activated. BMS Connections Connections are available to integrate with a Building Management System to make or break a circuit dependent on whether gas is on or off, (valve open or valve closed). This will tell the BMS whether the kitchen has use of the gas supply. Fire Alarm Integration The unit can be integrated with a fire alarm to close the gas supply automatically in the event of a signal from the fire alarm panel.
