Application Emülzer Latex is diluted with clean mixing water with a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4 (WatenLatex), and then mixed with fresh cement and sand. As an undercoat, it is applied to the surface with a brush, and if you are going to apply mortar onto Emülzer Latex layer, it should not be dry. It definitely should not be used alone.
