Swing door automation HERMETIC

Overview

• These automatic, manual or semi-automatic single- or double-leaf swing doors are designed for environments requiring control of bacterial contamination and airtight performance.
• They are compatible with prefabricated systems and can be installed on standard walls; available in standard, airtight or hermetically sealed versions.
• Operation can be manual or automatic using electromechanical components with control, regulation and monitoring systems configurable to application requirements.

Door Frame
The door frame is adjustable on three sides and is composed of two elements: the frame profile and the subframe profile made from extruded aluminium and/or wide rounded stainless steel. Inside the frame profile there are grooves to accommodate the friction seal that connects it to the subframe profile. A special internal groove is provided for fastening; this groove is closed by a joint seal flush with the frame profile.

Leaf
The leaf is built with shaped extruded aluminium profiles with wide rounded corners and is designed to accept special locks. The lower part of the leaf is shaped to receive a draft excluder profile. In FHE doors the leaf profiles overlap the panel; flush panels are available on request for specific applications.
