Overview
Designed specifically for GREENVIEW windows, the AMZ Komfort Z-Wave Solar external awning blind protects the attic and interior from sun, overheating and UV radiation while preserving natural light. When retracted it is stored in an elegant aluminium cassette that preserves the window aesthetics. The high-quality PVC-coated fibreglass fabric is moisture-, dirt- and UV-resistant.

Fabric
The fabric is made of durable PVC-coated fibreglass with reflective properties, resistant to moisture, dirt and UV radiation. Available in two transparency groups to adapt to different light and privacy needs.

Side guide rails
The side guide rails are extruded aluminium, designed for precise guidance and stable support in adverse weather. They ensure quiet operation and maintain proper fabric tension. The product uses ZIP guidance for accurate material guidance.

Cassette
The cassette is compact, corrosion-resistant aluminium that protects the fabric and houses the integrated control mechanism, ensuring smooth unfolding and rolling up while protecting components from weather and UV.

Solar panel and autonomy
An integrated solar panel powers the electric drive independently of the building electrical system. The panel is discreetly integrated into the housing; the awning works without mains power when installed where the panel receives sufficient sunlight (recommended on south, west or east orientations).

Operation and control
The awning offers full control over shading with three operating modes: manual, automatic (reacts to sunlight intensity) and preset/programmed modes. It can be operated by push-button or via compatible control systems (Z-Wave capability indicated by product name).

Durability and resistance

Installation and maintenance
