The MBS is the ultimate wooden finish seat designed for renowned architects Moshe Safdie and the Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore. Traditionally, theatres favour wooden finishes as it not only adds a touch of luxury but it is also acoustically friendly. The MBS incorporates these advantages with a distinct, modern design and customisable features. It can be combined with a concealed A3 writing tablet to offer a versatile option for corporate auditoria. Modular design Simplicity of installation Modern aesthetics Gravity tip up seat Wooden finish seat Acoustically friendly Floor mounted Flammability BS5852 2008 Centre and end standards are of lateral pedestal design made of 38mm x Thk 2.3mm square hollow section continuous welded to a 6 mm thickness steel plate. • The backrest padding is upholstered with fabric with foam thickness of 40mm to 65mm and density of 45kg/m3. • The rear part of the back rest shall be in wooden outer finish with 13mm thickness • Inner seat structure made of square hollow sections with grid foundation integrated with HR foam of 100mm and density 60kg/m3 has a smooth ergonomic form and its design and contour also gives the user long time support and reduces pressure points when seated for long sessions. • The outer part of the seat pan shall be in wooden outer finish with 13mm thickness.
