Galvanised and plastic coated steel sheet wound on coils up to 8 tons in weight is continuously processed in roll forming equipment with double rolls to produce corrugated profiles. Sheet thicknesses vary from 0.75 to 1.25 mm, and the grade is S 280 GD according to DIN EN 10147 (continuously hot-dip galvanised sheet and strip of construction steel).
Various corrugated FischerWELLE profiles may also be manufactured from bright aluminium in thicknesses between 0.7 and 1.0 mm (to DIN EN 485, aluminium and aluminium alloys); additional coil coating is possible.
You may choose from 3 profile designs with a height between 18 and 42 mm and a cover width between 960 and 1064 mm.

Applications
These elements are suitable for single-sheet roofs or roofs which are ventilated at rear. They may be vertically or horizontally laid on the façade. FischerWELLE may be used either to harmoniously blend with the façade materials or to contrast with them.
