Reinforced boxes are used for transoms from 1.6 m to 4.5 m wide. However, these can be less than 1.6 m wide. These boxes are reinforced with 3 mm galvanised steel brackets. The brackets are positioned in the box at intervals of 1.2 m and hold the profile in place. Fixolite reinforced boxes are made of graphite polystyrene (grey). Bracket for reinforced boxes The visible angle is intended to be tied into the lintel chain. The bracket holds the aluminium profile in place and stiffens the box (*) kg/m: weight may vary for non-standard rails. wood-cement fiber finish: + 1.15 kg/m terracotta finish: + 4.32 kg/m Primer finish: + 0.58 kg/m (**) R: thermal resistance (m².K/W) taking into account a λ coefficient of 0.0374 W/m.K after application of a safety coefficient of 1.15.
