Design
In Japanese, the word Haiku denotes a concise poetic form defined by immediacy and apparent simplicity. The HAIKU seating family follows a similar approach: design by subtraction that seeks the essential form while requiring precise construction and attention to every detail.

Materials and finishes

• Structure: metal frame available in satin, chrome, black chrome, burnished, glossy anthracite or matt titanium 710; or matt lacquer in the same colour as the upholstery (examples: sand 610, olive 506, tobacco 515, dark brown 504, extra dark brown 513, grey 503, black 900).
• Padding: crushproof single-density polyurethane with thermoplastic inserts.
• Upholstery: cowhide (available colours: sand 5001, olive 5006, tobacco 5015, dark brown 5004, extra dark brown 5013, grey 5003, black 5005). Upholstery is non-removable.
• Footrest: metal, same finish as structure.
• Feet: turned aluminium with thermoplastic tips.
