It prevents the substrate from damaging effects caused by humidity, avoiding them or reducing and delaying, at least, their appearance. High resistance to alkalis. Great penetration capacity. With condensation catalyst in order to get its maximum efficiency faster. Good resistance against ultraviolet rays. It does not produce any shine nor yellowish colour in the surface.
