Product compatible with our fire protection solutions and our waterproofing membranes COLOUR : BLACK GREY RAL COLOURS VERSION : FLAT AND ANGLE CHARACTERISTICS : Wide floor expansion joint Available insert : smooth For joint gaps from 100 to 500 mm Seismic floor expansion joint, extra large, comprising two identical sections, generally from the JDH 5.02 or JDH 5.04 (see data sheets), connected by an aluminium supporting structure. The inserts are available in black or gray and in different widths (50 mm, 65 mm), able to take up relatively significant tridimensional movements. The extra large joint is suitable for gaps up to 600 mm and for all types of finish: slabs, screed, tiling, stone, marble, carpet, etc. For indoor and outdoor floor joints with a gap up to 600 mm. Suitable for intense traffic of pedestrians and light trolleys (airport, supermarkets…), and in the case the JDH 5.04, suitable also for intense traffic of light vehicles. Section length of 3 lm. Nitrile inserts. Aluminium side angle sections, pre-drilled. Galvanised middle plate in different thicknesses according to the load and width of the expansion joint. Floor-to-floor type, and floor-to-wall type with exposed skirting. Black or gray inserts, plain (special hospital environment) available in nitrile. The plain option reduces the movement range. Stainless steel or brass side caps available for a special finish.
