Seismic expansion joint for suspended ceilings with 50% movement. Composed of two aluminum side plates and a flexible TPV insert. A self-centering pivot is available for openings of 150 mm and above, to ensure a better hold. Hooks are not supplied with the ceiling expansion joint. Seismic expansion joint with insert This metal expansion joint is suitable for all suspended false ceilings in buildings: railway stations, airports, shopping centers, etc. It is easy to install using hooks (not supplied with the expansion joint profile). We offer both flat and angled models to cover the entire ceiling. Our JDV 4.16 is available in 3 linear meter lengths. Embedded accordion ceiling expansion joint Specially designed for suspended ceilings, this aluminium suspended ceiling absorbs large multidirectional movements thanks to its flexible insert. In addition to ensuring expansion, contraction and shearing movements, this suspended ceiling profiles is aesthetically pleasing. To ensure continuity with the wall, it can be combined with our JDV 4.07 wall expansion joint (with visible or invisible anodized aluminum side plates and vulcanized thermoplastic accordion insert). The inserts of these two building expansion joints can thus be heat-welded together.
