The Hopfenveredlung St. Johann is the largest processing plant for hop pellets worldwide. For construction work on the company premises, external workmen needed temporarily protected areas for the assembly and storage of material. The challenge faced here: anchoring in the ground was not possible due to the unclear location of the conductions. With ballasted construction site tents for rent, HALTEC had the perfect solution ready!
In order to protect the ground, the HALTEC ballast adapter was used in the three halls. With this type of fastening, there is no permanent connection to the ground. The BASIC temporary marquees are held in place solely by the weight of the concrete ballasts. This means that there is no need for anchoring in the ground with pegs up to 1.50 m long, which prevents damage to the subsoil and enables residue-free dismantling.
The HALTEC rental concept: particularly economical and sustainable
Since the construction work on the company premises only lasted three months and the tents were to be used exclusively for this purpose, a purchase was not economically viable for the customer. HALTEC offers the perfect rental solution for such cases! The tents could be delivered in the shortest possible time from the HALTEC rental pool, which has around 43,000 m² of storage space and over 600,000 items. At the end of the flexibly adjustable rental period, the hall will be returned to the rental pool. This sustainable concept not only protects the customer's wallet, but also the environment!
