Grill Base-line is our standardised ceiling system. You can choose from fifteen sizes, four wood types and three fixed panel lengths. Derako can produce quickly and inexpensively thanks to standardisation. You can order easily, per panel, via the Derako order form. The system consists of high quality solid wood parts that are attached to each other with aluminium dowels. Together they form the grill panel. The panels are fastened to the structural ceiling invisibly and easily using the Derako suspension system. Grill Base-line combines solid wood ceiling panels with the Derako suspension system. These solid wood parts are attached to each other using black aluminium dowels, creating a panel. Grill Base-line is a standard panel solution. You can choose from a number of sizes for the thickness, height and spacing. We produce the wood to size and shape it into a panel. With a half-lap dowel joint, the panels are quickly and easily connected and assembled. This allows you to create a visually even surface and a smooth appearance. The Derako suspension system is a black Cross-Lock system with special black dowel clips. These clips ensure an invisible, dimensionally stable and sturdy connection between the Cross-Lock profile and the grill panel. The system is suitable for installation in staggered patterns. Special suspension systems are available for swimming pools and extremely humid spaces. Standard solution for a straight ceiling. Available in four wood types. Available in fifteen fixed sizes.
