NGLAS PROVE is an aesthetic, efficient, maintenance-free and economical solar protection measures for U-profiled glass facades. INGLAS PROVE prevents over-temperature and glare due to direct sunlight, however simultaneously the building interior is illuminated by bright, diffused daylight. INGLAS PROVE is a vertical louver that is hung in the intermediate space between double-pane profile glazing. Thus it is optimally protected from wind and weather, and it is totally maintenance free. Good lighting conditions and thermal comfort not just on sunny days but on overcast days as well. The louvers are oriented individually to the main sun direction for each facade. Thus direct sunlight is reflected back by the highly reflective outside surface of the louvers. Diffuse light from the directions that are not facing the sun is redirected into the interior. INGLAS PROVE equalizes the daytime energy input, which is shown using the example of a west facade. The light input slightly increases at all with increasing direct sunlight at midday and afternoon.
