IRIALUX is an aluminum paneling system with various decorative finishes, installed without joints. The protective finish,
if requested by the Client, can be glossy or matte.
IRIALUX is suitable for a wide range of Interior Design applications.
Installation Advantages
There is no need to remove the existing covering; it can simply be overlaid.
The installation process is quiet and does not create dust or dirt in the surrounding environment.
The space can be used as early as two hours after installation of the covering.
Note for the Client:
In order to verify the product in relation to specific applications, IRIAL adopts an internally defined testing protocol. Tests
are carried out at the start of each project, and the results are made available to the final Client upon request.
It is the Client’s responsibility to verify whether the testing protocol is sufficient to identify the requirements related to
the final application and, if necessary, request additional tests if those performed are not exhaustive.
1. Installation
Installation must be carried out exclusively using adhesives and bonding agents approved by the Client’s Technical
Department, according to the application and substrate type. Direct metal-to-metal contact should be avoided to
prevent galvanic effects by providing appropriate insulation in the contact areas. Panel edges must be sealed to prevent
moisture infiltration. Proper preparation of the substrate is essential; it must be smooth and compact. Wall
perpendicularity must also be ensured to avoid peeling over time and to guarantee long-lasting adhesion.
IRIAL provides general installation guidelines and installation supervision to train installation teams upon request.
2. Maintenance
Avoid impacts, abrasions, and the use of hard or pointed objects on the surface. Clean only with soft cloths. Use only
mild alcohol- or ammonia-based detergents, or common automotive care cleaning products.
Abrasive, acidic, or alkaline products, as well as acetone, nitro thinners, or similar solvents, must not be used. Always test
cleaning products and methods on non-visible areas first. After cleaning, remove any residue with a slightly damp cloth
and dry with a soft cloth.
