RADONSTOP P is a waterproof membrane made of distilled bitumen modified with elastoplastomeric polymers. It is reinforced with spunbond non-woven polyester. The good RADON BARRIER characteristics have been assessed by the CSI Institute with certificate n° 151/LFC/MAT/00. We recommend the use of RADONSTOP P together with RADONSTOP membrane as double layer in the renovation of old buildings. USES RADONSTOP P is used together in the double layer system. Designed for installation as radon gas protection and waterproofing for basements and foundations. Ideal as radon barrier for the indoor premises (basement, cellar and inner block walls and floor). We recommend the use of RADONSTOP P together with RADONSTOP membranes as double layer in the renovation of old buildings. FINISHES Upper surface RADONSTOP P membrane is available with sand, to ensure that the rolls unwind correctly. Lower surface RADONSTOP P has a polyethylene heat sensitive torch off film which prevents the rolls sticking together, allowing the gases to escape, besides giving a nice looking finish to the rolls. PACKAGING The rolls are generally 1 m wide and 10 m long. The upper tape indicates the product brand name and the lower tape the weight or thickness of the product. The rolls are supplied on wooden pallets and are held in place by a protective heat shrunk polythene covering.
