Application
For re-working surfaces previously coated with Jansen Aqua Metal Protection 3 in 1 containing iron mica. Used to obtain a smoother, easier-to-clean and more robust surface on steel frames, elevator doors, railings, handrails, shelves and other metal parts where a scratch-resistant, hand-welded finish is required.

Product properties
Odourless, highly abrasion-resistant, shock- and impact-resistant, resistant to many household cleaners, weather-resistant.

Binder base
PU acrylate dispersion.

Degree of gloss
Satin gloss.

Drying
(23 °C / 60 % r.h.) Dust dry: approx. 30 minutes. Recoatable after approx. 2–4 hours. Fully dry after approx. 12 hours. Full stress capacity after approx. 3 days. Values may vary with temperature and humidity. Film formation may be impaired below +5 °C or at very high humidity.

Spreading rate
Approx. 10 m² per litre, per coat.
