Description

Application
Bonding layer for further coatings on zinc, hard PVC, aluminium, powder coated, coil coating substrates and steel. Particularly suited as anti-rust primer on iron, tin roofs and wrought iron. May be applied on rust. Thoroughly remove scale and loose rust with a wire brush beforehand.

Product properties
Excellent adhesion. Perfect brushability and flow, quick drying primer with good mechanical stability. Pronounced anti-rust action due to active rust protection pigments. Rust will be bound due to penetrating properties.

Drying
  • Dust-dry: approx. 20 minutes (23°C, 60% rel. humidity)
  • Dry to the touch: after approx. 60 minutes
  • Coatable with single component paint: ca. 4 hours

  • Nitro resistant: after 7 days

Spreading rate
  • Ca. 6 – 7 m²/l per coat, depending on substrate
