The KB KLASIK walling system further comprises KB STROP XC shaped ceiling bricks. KB KLASIK XC products are labelled as "Certified Products". KB-STROP XC floor fillers must be laid on properly supported joists at all times, namely by provisional supports according to the drawing of the ceiling structure. In order to facilitate laying, place one filler on both ends of the joists, which will ensure a precise axis distance between the joists. Gradually place floor fillers on the joists side-by-side, anti-clockwise or vice versa, at all times. The fillers must never be placed in one field at a time! Use pieces with a full side in places where the floor fillers touch the ring beams so that the applied concrete cannot penetrate the filler cavity. The floor fillers can be sized directly on site, using a grinding wheel as needed. These are always sized in the horizontal direction, perpendicular to the internal partition. The load capacity of KB-STROP XC fillers is adequate to be used for walking on site and to handle the technology required for creating a monolithic concrete layer.
