DES Extrusion Ref: 18030ANODA SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE POSSIBILITY OF DIRECTING THE LIGHT DOWN AND UP DES series extrusions are used for the construction of suspended light fixtures resistant to the impact of rain and snow, without the use of sealants. The extrusions are adapted to light down and up. Fixtures made of DES series extrusions are made for indoor and outdoor applications. They are resistant to rain and snow, but are not IP68 rated (they cannot be immersed in water). They should be mounted in accordance with the guidelines contained in the manual. When used outdoors, use only DES series end caps.When used indoors, the above-mentioned caps can be used,or simplified caps from DESIN series for indoor applications. DES extrusion is made of an upper TEDES mounting strip and an ODES extrusion.
