Overview
Pro water-repellent protective coating. Water-based, waterproof, breathable and anti-rising damp formula for terraces, balconies and showers. Enhanced with silane-modified polymers that increase elasticity and adhesion, it consolidates and protects joints, cracks and fissures up to 1 mm wide. Smart Barrier technology incorporates intelligent microcapsules that activate on contact with moisture, automatically sealing any future micro-cracks. Coverage: 10–15 m²/l

Product description
X-Scud Terrazze is a water-based, deep-penetrating protective treatment designed to provide long-lasting water repellency and anti-infiltration performance. It penetrates the substrate to form a barrier against capillary rise of water and salts while allowing water vapour to escape, reducing the risk of damp, mould and efflorescence. Suitable for terraces, balconies and shower areas; it consolidates porous surfaces and seals joints and cracks up to 1 mm without forming a film on the surface.
