Description

The system includes relief for sight people, color for partially sight and elderly persons, with graphic design as a help to walk from one point to another for valid persons. The detectable flooring system is composed of the following elements: Bars and buttons (studs) thickness 4mm with peripheral chamfer. Fixing by chemical sealing without drilling the existing floor. Mechanical and chemical fixing via an M4 insert after drilling the existing floor. M4 stainless steel rod length 16 or 30 mm available in option. Installation and placement template available in option. The Cedo© marcal range is a detectable warning system and tactile flooring guidance system which also allows creating accessible paths for all audiences, identifying different types of path: from the outside of a building to the main entrance; inside to one of the access points (reception, elevator, information point ...), or to a destination public space. This guidance system is made up of three types: buttons indicators, small bars associated with buttons and finally longer directional bar of two different widths. The tactile buttons (Cedo A) mark the start of the itinerary, the stop or a particular area of the route (information, intersection, obstacle...). The small tactile bars associated with the buttons (Cedo B) offer a transition to a displacement phase materialized by the long directional bars (Cedo C + Cedo D), or conversely a slowing down before a stop phase (Cedo A).
