Guidance barrier with retractable strap QBORNE

Q-borne is Marcals design for a pedestrian guidance system and queuing management in entrance, reception, and service areas of public and private buildings. The posts are made of simple turned wood mounted on a basic steel base in a black painted finish. The simple minimal look is designed to coordinate with various interior design programs. The posts are elegantly joined together with black rounded-rubber strap that loops with tension onto the top or center grooves of the wooden posts. Selecting renewable wood materials and simple precision crafting offer a smart and conscientious choice for sustainable product specifications. The added post-mountd framing program allows for additional communication information relative to the queue. These are available in several formats including a single sheet clip hold for temporary information to more permanent protective frames. Qborne© marcal is a system of queue poles for the management of crowd and waiting lines composed of a set of free-standing elements made in solid wood connected to each other by sandow rubber elastic cord. The regulation function of the circulation flows is guaranteed by the free-standing wooden posts 70cm high placed at regular intervals of approximately 1,70m. The design of the posts in turned solid wood allows to manage up to three connections to adapt to the complex intersections of the circulation flows, for example, with one arrival and two exits. The circular base in black powder coating steel combines stability and ease of use.
