Overview
The ALBATROS centre-pole parasol is designed to cover very large outdoor areas where standard parasols reach their limits. A single ALBATROS covers up to 78 m² and features a clear, restrained design tailored for hospitality, hotel, event and retail applications. The model focuses on stability, ease of use and wind safety.

Choose from over 70 textile designs in three fabric types:

• MayTex Poly, 230 g/m², water column > 1,000 mm
• MayTex Acryl, 300 g/m², water column 370 mm
• MayTex PVC, 480 g/m², water column > 1,000 mm
• Other colours and fabric types available on request
• Fire-rated textiles (A or B1) available on request
• All fabrics manufactured in Europe

Operation
The ALBATROS can be operated in three ways:

• Hand crank
• Cordless drill
• Optional tubular motor (electrically driven)

Valance versions
Available valance options:

• Version 1 – classic valance, useful for rain gutters, side panels and logo application
• Version 2 – no valance for a modern, minimal appearance
• Three valance options in total

Parasol frame
Frame made from high-quality extruded aluminium alloy profiles. Key frame dimensions:

• Parasol pole: Ø 100 × 5 mm
• Spoke dimensions: 50 × 25 × 2 mm
• Support rail dimensions: 40 × 25 × 2 mm

Connecting elements
All moving axes are secured with removable bolts to ensure durability, stability and ease of repair.

Canopy
Self-tensioning telescopic spring system keeps the canopy taut over years of use and absorbs dynamic wind loads. Canopy replacement uses stainless-steel hooks.

Reinforced spokes
Spokes are reinforced in high-load areas by an integrated steel core.

Frame coating & colours
Powder-coated finish, impact and shock resistant. Standard and custom colours:

• Standard: RAL 9010 pure white
• Custom at no extra charge: RAL 7016 anthracite grey with fine texture
• Other custom colours available for a surcharge

Top plate
Elegant, detachable top plate; colour matches the frame coating.

When not in use
Protective cover supplied; easy to slide over the parasol. Cover includes an integrated zip.

Assembly
Delivered ready to set up. Place the parasol in the chosen base and remove packaging; assembly takes only a few minutes.
