The surfaces of the furniture invoke folded paper. With their 11 mm thin but extremely stable laminate slats, the furniture almost looks as if it could fly. The seats and tabletops float nearly weightlessly over their substructures. They are arranged so that they give the impression of a folded sheet of paper. Although the furniture seems light, it is actually made so that it is quite heavy and stable. The elements with back rest provide comfortable seating and they are available with or without arm rests. Their three planes form a shell-like seat contour, which supports the body perfectly. Noteworthy is also the especially broad bench without back rest. Both of its protruding seats are tilted slightly inward. They are marked by a prominent joint, through which the rain water can run off. The low table can be used in many ways - as a small side table or as a stool. The surfaces are made of HPL sheets, which consist of FSC certified 70% cellulose and 30% melamine resins. Their surface is very weather-resistant and UV-stable. The metal parts are made of hot-galvinised steel. They have a high-quality coating with a slight metallic pattern. Their colour is anthracite, similar to DB 703 metallic or RAL 7024. The individual elements are connected with safety screws. All elements can be replaced individually in case of damage due to vandalism.
