Retractable power tower VM03 flip lid unit The flip lid supply unit VM03 is part of the New VMR retractable power tower for the distribution of energy and other complementary services, such as water, compressed air, data transmission and audio systems. It is possible to access the services when the manhole cover is in rest position, thanks to the presence of two special rubberized doors for cable outlet. The retractable power tower VM03 for the distribution of services proves to be extremely useful thanks to its resistance in areas with a large passage of vehicles, such as in workshops, roads, squares, parking lots, industrial warehouses, ... It is composed of its cement containment well and a spheroidal cast iron manhole cover with double gas actuator for opening; the unit is safe thanks to the bronze lock with bayonet, which is protected against dust and water by a hinged door. Technical details GENERAL DESCRIPTION The VM03 retractable power tower of New VMR for the distribution of electrical power and complementary services, such as water, compressed air, data transmission and audio systems, is composed of its concrete product and a spheroidal cast iron manhole cover with non-slip surface according to UNI EN 124 class D400, with 585x540mm rectangular base with net light 485x407mm and complete with two rubberized doors for cable outlet. The union of the cover and the frame is ensured by replaceable bronze hinges. The opening of the manhole cover is eased by a double gas actuator and a pivot partially removable from the lid surface.
