The “NIPAP” Panel (Nidyon Single Load-Bearing Panel) is a throwaway pre-reinforced formwork to build insulated sandwich walls in reinforced concrete, within the industrialized Nidyon building technology. This panel is commonly used for buildings with a solid and monolithic structure particularly suitable for high seismic risk areas. The aim of using a single pre-reinforced panel is to build three floors buildings at maximum, of high architectural quality and reducing the building costs. High thermal acoustical requirements and the lack of thermal bridges allow to reach the energetic 'A' class.
