THE VERSATILE MODELS Single and double full panel fire resistant steel door units for indoor use. 64 mm door panel, rebate on 3 sides, with homely thick rebate. 1 mm sheet thickness, 1.5 mm optionally available. 1 leaf T30 doors with additional internal reinforcement for door closer on hinge side. Door panel, frame and hinges optionally available with design finish. Versions Burglar resistant as per EN 1627 RC2. With heat insulation and fire resistant/fireproof panel filling. Optionally available with soundproofing 40 dB (T30-1) or 39 dB (T30-2, T90-1, T90-2) tested to EN ISO 140-3, assessed as per EN ISO 717-1 (laboratory values for full panel and RS1 sill). Also available with smoke protection as per DIN 18095 with lowerable floor seal (RS1) or hump sill with acoustic threshold seal (RS2 / T30 units only) and overhead door closer. T30–1 and T90–1 also available as a wall flap measuring 500 x 700 to 1000 x 1750 mm. Hardware 3-part hinge plates, standard equipped with ball bearings and hinge pin safeguards. Two hinges per leaf, standard primed white, similar to RAL 9016; optionally available in stainless steel, as adjustable 3-D hinges in steel or stainless steel.
