Gravity slicer with a serrated blade, specifi c for cutting bread. You can easily slice bread, getting sliced up to 25 mm. thickness without efforts. The carriage plate has an important dimension, suitable to fi x at the best bread to be sliced. The food-holding tray is large and completely free, to simply cut even slices particularly compact and therefore rigid. The slicer has a thickness control of extreme precision, which guarantees a constant slice cut with respect to your setting, from 0 to 25 mm. Easy to clean and in complete safety, thanks to a simple access to all slicer parts. Safety equipment: tiltable carriage plate only with slice thickness control to 0 position, fi xed blade ring protection, NVR device.
