Omas BT hamburger press is a needful machine for restaurants, communities and butcher's shops because makes very quicker a process that, even simple, requires time and ability to have a proper result. The press quickly prepares hamburgers protected by cellophane. The pressure on the lever is enough to compress the meat and when it goes back the press opens automatically and laterally and pushes upward the hamburger to make the extraxtion easier. The press is totally in anodized aluminium and the parts in contact with the meat are in stainless steel, easy to disassemble without need of any tool. Automatic lateral opening of the plate.
