Description The Insulated Internal Wall Panel is commonly used on walls, interior divisions, industrial warehouses, commercial centers, and residential communities in the United States. This interior siding sandwich panel is utilized in the building of units, mobile offices, work sheds, tool sheds, regular rooms, office divisions, living rooms, warehouse divisions, etc. Is the most sought panel, for its jointing system, which makes it easy to assemble and reduces installation costs. Furthermore, it´s the siding panel most recommended in the U.S. market due to its low cost and easy installation. Our insulated internal wall panels are manufactured with two sheets galvanize metal, and pre-lacquered on white paint. Its coated paint has long-lasting durability and is very easy to clean. Its outline gives it great resistance against strong wind and could be manufactured with a smooth surface for interior use. The foam between the two metal sheets is variable, being able to choose between polyurethane or poly-isocyanurate core depends of the requieremet of your proyect. This foam is injected at a 40kg/m3 density. It is raised on rails or U form metal rivets bolted to firmly place them in the desired position. The interior or exterior outline of our Insulated Internal Wall Panels could be manufactured on different designs.
