Description

It is a panel intended for internal cover or interior ceiling coating. The Insulated Plasterboard is the ideal material for the design of roofs and ceilings to be used for decorating purposes or finishing. It allows you to adjust to various types of projects, given the high versatility of the panel. The Insulated Plasterboard consists of an outer waterproof chipboard with an insulating core of 16 or 19 mm thick and a bottom plate composed of plasterboard 10 or 13 mm thick. The three layers are firmly joined to achieve a block resistant to the forces and stress this type of cover is subjected. The external waterproof chipboard is composed of wood shavings to which thermosetting resins are added to protect the core of the Insulated Plasterboard. It is well known for its resistant behavior in humid environments. In addition, to achieve a total waterproof roof, you can use waterproof accessories such as asphalt fabric or the plate under the tile, which ensures a better tightness of the construction. The core varied of this material, and the client can choose from four different options, depending on the characteristics required by the project. The core variation options are composed of: The expanded polyurethane is a material that resists moisture and water, and it has a higher thermal insulator and a good insulator against noise. In addition, it is a very light material. Its density is 25 kg/m³. The extruded polyurethane has properties similar to expanded polyurethane, but it is a slightly heavier material. Thanks to its composition, it is an insulator capable of getting wet and not losing properties. Its density is about 35 kg/m³.
