OverviewFly 105 is a cantilever bracket system for maintenance work on curbs, edge beams of bridges and viaducts, roofs and building cornices. The design enables progressive, safe installation of a mobile walkway from a secure position, reducing dependency on external support equipment after initial setup.
Characteristics- The Fly 105 cantilever bracket is engineered for maintenance on edge beams of bridges, viaducts, roofs and cornices.
- Innovative progressive assembly allows operators to install the walkway continuously and safely, improving on-site productivity.
- The system uses a Z-profile bracket that accommodates a mobile walkway and enables progressive fixing of wall brackets from a protected position.
- Designed to minimise the use of external support equipment (required only during initial installation, e.g. aerial platform or scaffolding).
- An aluminium version is available with a dual profile: compatible with planks using tube Ø connections and with U-profile planks.
Advantages- Continuous, uninterrupted installation process
- Operator safety ensured by progressive assembly method
- Minimal requirement for external support equipment after setup
- Suitable for confined or hard-to-access spaces
- Modular and reusable components
- Available in galvanised steel or aluminium
Technical Data- Load capacity: 150 kg/m²
- Bracket length: 105 cm; available in galvanised steel or aluminium
- Suspension plates: 25 cm and 55 cm with anti-slip safety mechanism
- Walkway: aluminium, 60 × 400 cm
- Dual profile (aluminium version only): compatible with tube Ø and U-profile planks
