Din house forms part in a series of projects carried out exclusively from Just Arquitectura for PMP. By obtaining the maximum benefits from the modular , bioclimatic and sustainable construction, all the conceptual, technical and aesthetic development has been adapted to these concepts. The sustainable and bioclimatic construction is achieved through three great premises: modularity, energetic and water saving. The modular construction of concrete has numerous advantages in respect to the traditional systems, and it is necessary to highlight them: Security Durability Speed in the construction Cost Design Sustainability (energetic efficiency, acustics,) Bioclimatic and sustainable behavior The construction of a house with bioclimatic behavior, gives the maximum comfortability for living inside the house. By fulfilling this goal we have to create pleasant and healthy spaces: where there is good lighting, which does not give off heat, where clear air is breathed, where outer noises are not heard, where the materials cause minimum polluntants possible. Following this criteria layout and orientation are studied to ensure rational use of the environmental and thermal environment of the house (the area, maximum use of sunlight,), utilization of renewable energies, for minimizing the energy consumption and water, the use of materials least pollutant possible, non use of toxic products, to employ easy constructive solutions in its work and to create energetic and water saving.
