Ferro Magna heavy-duty troughs stand out due to their low weight which ensures easy handling. They only weigh a quarter of conventional heavy duty troughs and still provide the same load capacity. This means that this system can also by installed by one person without using heavy machinery. This kind of stability is possible thanks to the use of high-quality materials such as stainless steel and galvanized steel in a perfect combination with high-performance plastics. The inserts made of high-performance plastics are integrated in the trough body. The troughs can be installed and extended precisely using plug connectors at the plastic body. Cross-bracings ensure additional stability. The troughs withstand vertical loads of 40 tons and therefore fulfil the requirements of DIN EN 1433 and loading class A 15-D 400.
